  • I am an African/Caribbean, queer woman who is neurodivergent, a witch, and a spiritual healer. I am in a interracial relationship, grew up in multiple religions (Muslim, Jehovah's Witness, and Bahá'í) which I no longer practice. I am spiritually in tune with the divine, my spirit guides, and my higher power. Also, I believe the stars aligned during my birth and I am a Cancer sun :). I'm a plant mom to 40+ plants and I especially enjoy reviving plant babies that experience occasional lack of attention.

  • My approach is holistic, relational, and emotion-focused and my goal is for you to feel more connected to your authentic self and extend that to your relationships. I prioritize DBT, Somatic, Accelerated experiential dynamic psychotherapy (AEDP), Narrative Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing modalities. Each modality will include specific techniques, such as mindfulness exercises, body awareness, deep emotional processing, story re-framing, and goal setting. We’ll explore how to connect your mind, heart, body, and spirit to create a sense of wholeness with your identity and mental health.

I encourage clients to share their spiritual practice methods and witchcraft that may include tarot cards, crystals, spells, rituals, dream journals, angel numbers, and numerology. I highly recommend bringing your magic to sessions, as will I.

  • Many of us perceive our emotions as good/bad, and I believe magic happens when allowing multiple things to exist at once. Disconnecting from the heartspace leads to overthinking, fear, and shame, while embracing it allows for deeper connection with oneself and others. I help clients (1) release insecure attachments and form new connections to foster closeness; (2) aligning the headspace and heartspace to promote authenticity. I have specific expertise with cultural, ethnic, and racial identity issues, relationship challenges, and conflict (siblings, couples, peers, families, polycules, etc).

I specialize in working with BIPOC emerging adults (18-40), especially LGBTQIA+, sex workers, kink/BDSM, interracial couples, poly/CNM, and neurodivergent. I have experience with populations dealing with complex trauma, abuse, complicated relationships, identity crisis, and shame.

  • In high school, I no longer wanted to become a dentist just because I had a knack for pulling out my teeth as a child. As a theater major, I found therapeutic connection in characters' stories and their journeys of self-discovery. This mirrored my own experience as a therapy client, where sharing my story led to uncovering new truths. I knew from then on that I wanted to support others to replace their internalized negative narrative and replace it with a more empowering and authentic story, promoting healing and growth.
