  • I am an African/Caribbean, queer woman who is neurodivergent, a witch, and a spiritual healer. I grew up in multiple religions (Muslim, Jehovah's Witness, and Bahá'í) which I no longer practice. I am spiritually in tune with the divine, my spirit guides, and my higher power. Also, I believe the stars aligned during my birth and I am a Cancer sun :). I'm a plant mom to 40+ plants and I especially enjoy reviving plant babies that experience the occasional lack of attention.

  • Therapy with me is a compassionate, holistic, and collaborative experience. Together, we’ll create a brave space to explore your vulnerable emotions, experiences, and relationships without judgment. My approach is relational and emotion-focused, which aims to explore and process emotions within the context of relationships. I integrate Psychodynamics to uncover unconscious patterns and Narrative Therapy to reframe and reshape personal stories. Relationship therapy focuses on the dynamics, communication, and mutual influence between people, while individual therapy centers on personal growth, emotional processing, and self-awareness. Through this process, we’ll build meaningful connections, nurture growth, and foster healing towards love and deeper understanding.

I will share my spiritual practice and witchcraft that may include conversations about tarot, crystals, spells, rituals, dreamscapes, angel numbers and numerology. I welcome you also bringing your magic to sessions!

  • Many of us perceive our emotions as good/bad, and I believe magic happens when allowing multiple things to exist at once. Disconnecting from the heartspace leads to overthinking, fear, and shame, while embracing it allows for deeper connection with oneself and others. I guide clients to (1) release insecure attachments and form new connections to foster closeness; (2) aligning the headspace and heartspace to promote authenticity. I have specific expertise with cultural, ethnic, and racial identity issues, relationship challenges, and conflict (siblings, couples, peers, families, business partners, pre-martial relations, polycules, etc).

I specialize in working with Black youth and adults (16-40), particularly LGBTQIA+, sex workers, kink/BDSM, interracial couples, poly/CNM, and neurodivergent individuals.

  • In high school, I no longer wanted to become a dentist just because I had a knack for pulling out my teeth as a child. I became a theater major and found therapeutic connection in characters' stories of self-discovery. This mirrored my own experience as a therapy client, where sharing my story led to uncovering new truths. I knew from then on that I wanted to support others to replace their internalized negative narrative and replace it with a more empowering and authentic story, promoting healing and growth.
