I am a queer, cis, white, able-bodied, neurodivergent woman raised in Long Island. I moved to NYC with my partner during the pandemic. I feel most grounded when swimming and spending time in nature. At home, I enjoy binge-watching thriller and sci-fi TV shows (anything with suspense), and making messy watercolor paintings.

Through humor and vulnerability, we’ll co-create a judgment-free space for your authentic self to flourish. I prioritize relational, IFS/parts work, and mindfulness-based approaches. The structure of sessions will vary depending on your unique needs and goals. We’ll bring attention to our relationship to open the therapeutic space to thoughts and feelings that arise, strengthen our alliance, and learn more about how you show up in relationships. I’ll check in with you to reassess goals and collaborate on areas that might need our attention. At times, I may invite you to explore thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and aspects of yourself that are challenging to face. Together we’ll approach them with curiosity and compassion rather than judgment.
Together we will foster a sense of compassion, curiosity, and acceptance towards your thoughts, feelings, and different aspects of yourself.

I specialize in supporting clients’ development of narratives about themselves that are self-compassionate and expansive. I assist folx in challenging old patterns and creating new ways of thinking to move through stuckness.
I have successfully supported sexually and gender-diverse folx, older folx, neurodivergent folx, and poly/ENM folx and relationships dealing with issues of identity, shame, body image, and interpersonal conflict. I have experience working with people dealing with complex trauma, pressure to meet others’ expectations, and people-pleasing tendencies. I approach therapy with an anti-oppressive lens, assisting folx with unlearning internalized messages, and thought patterns that prevent growth.

Growing up, my inner critic was very loud, which in turn caused me to move about the world quietly and apologetically. Therapy was an outlet that provided me with the space to discover and express my authentic self. Working in the nonprofit world with individuals with mental illness sparked my passion for fostering a sense of self-efficacy and encouraging self-expression in others. Through my own therapeutic journey and career experiences, I learned the importance of holding space for my own well-being. I’m drawn to the transformative nature of the therapeutic space and want to share that with others.
